The Compassionate Friends offers bereaved, due to death of a child by suicide, a place to tell their story. Through smiles
and tears, bonds of friendships are formed. Here is a place where every
feeling is validated. Every memory is meaningful. Others care deeply and are willing
to listen with an open heart. Hugs are given and received freely!

On October 22nd, 2009, there was a telecast of a program on WQED TV station.
The telecast was titled "OnQ Close-up: Teen Suicide". Our own chapter member and
steering committee member, Mrs. Betty Robson was on the panel discussion.
